We collect information directly provided by you, automatically gathered via game services (such as PlayFab), and collected through third-party security frameworks like Kubian for anti-cheat and security attestation.Account & Profile Data: City, region, and Meta account data (including Meta ID and age) used to create and retrieve your in-game PlayFab account.Game Progress & Purchase Records: In-game currency, cosmetics, saved progress, and receipt logs (used to preserve items across headset transfers, handle resets, and process refunds).Automated Security & Hardware Attestation Signals (via Kubian):Device signals, cryptographic signatures, IP addresses, user agent strings, request metadata, and application package name/APK integrity hashes.Hardware-derived identifiers (Android ID and Widevine MediaDrm ID) used to generate a project-scoped unique identifier and enforce persistent hardware bans against cheating and rule violations.System integrity status, including root detection, bootloader state, OS security patch level, and debugger presence.2. How Information Is Used
We process collected data to operate the game, process transactions, and maintain platform integrity:To provide and save in-game currency, items, cosmetics, and account data across devices.To log receipts for transaction history and support refund processing.To create and retrieve PlayFab accounts mapped to your Meta account.To enforce rules, prevent abuse, process bans, and maintain security infrastructure using device integrity signals.We do not use your personal or device data for tracking, profiling, or cross-context behavioral advertising.3. Project-Scoped Device Identifiers & Ban Enforcement
To protect players and prevent cheating, our game integrates Kubian security services:Unique Device IDs: Hardware identifiers are converted into project-scoped unique identifiers specific to our game. These IDs expire after sixty (60) days and cannot be used to track you across other games or services.Hardware Ban Enforcement: Device bans implemented for rule violations or cheating are enforced by hardware identity linkages internally via Kubian. Your actual Android ID and Widevine MediaDrm ID are never exposed to game managers or public interfaces.Ban Persistence & Deletion Exceptions: Device bans remain active for their set duration (or permanently if issued as such) and survive factory resets, app uninstalls, and account deletion requests to prevent platform abuse.4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
